Gourmet Food LLC which is branded as Travel Food Services (TFS) is a partnership between TFS and Mustafa Sultan Enterprises, TFS are the main caterer and restaurant operator at Muscat International Airport, TFS is operating two food courts, coffee shop and one restaurant & bar, one food court is located at the public arrivals area and the other one is located at the departures area. The food court offers international and local cuisines to suit each and every category of traveler.

TFS are an Indian based company which operates various food & beverage outlets at Mumbai and Delhi airports, the food court at Muscat International Airport features three restaurants idli.com, curry kitchen and Automatic, an independent restaurant & bar is also available at departures first floor.

Other food & beverage outlets located in the terminal are operated by various different concessionaires:

• Landside: Entrance of the terminal building, Costa Coffee.
• Airside: Departures First Floor, opposite Muscat Duty Free, Irish House. Departures Food Court opposite Muscat Duty Free: idli.com, curry kitchen and Automatic. Other outlets on the way to gate 16-23, Costa Coffee, DQ Grill & Chill and Subway.

Idli.com serves Southern Indian food such as idlis, dosas and uttapams along with flavourful accompaniments such as sambar, chutney and podi.

Curry Kitchen offers the finest Indian fusion cuisine designed to appeal to Indian food lovers. It offers a wide range of local food from North India created keeping in mind vegetarian and non-vegetarian palettes.

Automatic Restaurant is part of a chain of restaurants which specialize in traditional and modern Lebanese cuisine in the Gulf region. The restaurant offers a wide variety of Lebanese food.

The Irish house is a Bar & Restaurant combination offering a choice of continental food and alcohol beverages, the outlet has a seating capacity of 85 seats.

DQ Grill & Chill is an international restaurant offering famous DQ treats such as burgers and French fries or other dishes.

Subway is an international restaurant for people seeking quick bites, subway serves fresh, nutritious, made-to-order sandwiches.
